Adam Kobayashi is Professor of Neurology and Pharmacology and deputy dean of the Medical Faculty at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, Poland, where he is the Chair of the Department of Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacology. His main clinical interest is stroke, cerebrovascular diseases, interventional neurology and neuropharmacology.
He is author and co-author of over 100 scientific papers. He has co-authored the European recommendations on organisation of interventional care in acute stroke and pre-hospital stroke management. He is a member of the ESO-EAST Steering Committee and SITS International Scientific Committee. He is also a former member of the ESO Endovascular Stroke Treatment Task Force.
He is an active member of WSO, ESO and SVIN.
He is involved in numerous clinical trials.
Currently he serves as the president of the Cerebrovascular Disease Section of the Polish Neurological Society.
